We are open from mid March - 3rd November

Booking Arrangements

At the time of making a reservation, we require a £50 deposit for reservations up to one weeks stay and £100 deposit for a two weeks stay.

The Full Balance is required 8 weeks prior to arrival.

Please note, we only allow a maximum of 3 bookings per group.

(N.B Group bookings – each pitch / unit has to be booked independently – multiple bookings cannot be made by the same person )

Please note: Due to the setup of the booking system – we cannot guarantee groups will be together – as this is all subject to availability at the time of booking. We will try our best to accommodate your request, but it can’t be guaranteed ).

Cancellations and Refunds

We strongly advise you to read our ‘Terms and conditions’ before making a reservation.

Cancellations: 8 weeks prior to your arrival date: We will refund any monies paid 'excluding your deposit' ( as deposits are non refundable) and minus a £10 administration fee.

Cancellations: Once your ‘Full Balance’ has been paid: Unfortunately, if you have to cancel, no refund will be given. (For this reason, we strongly recommend you take out holiday insurance).

Ferry Charges

The ferry crossing is an additional charge to the holiday cost – the ferry price quoted is for an ‘outward & return’ crossing.

There are two ferry companies which travel to the Isle of Wight.
Red Funnel: Southampton - East Cowes
Wightlink: Lymington - Yarmouth or Portsmouth - Fishbourne

Appuldurcombe Gardens Holiday Park receives reduced ferry rates as part of the online booking process.

What happens if we book the ferry for you?

Once you have made a reservation and include a ferry crossing, we will then go ahead and manually book the ferry for you. Our reception team will do their very best to try and get the crossings as close to the times as requested.
(This is all subject to availability at the time of booking).

Once we have arranged the ferry for you, we will then contact you via email to confirm your ferry times.

The ferry cost is ‘only’ required when you pay your 'Final Balance'. ( which is 8 weeks prior to your arrival)

Once you have paid your balance the ferry ticket will be emailed to you within 24hrs.

Dog Policy

Unfortunately, we do not allow the following breeds onsite: German Shepherds / Dobermans / Rottweilers / Pit bulls / Staffordshire Bull Terriers/Malamutes/Bullmastiff.

Touring & Camping – a maximum of two dogs are allowed per pitch at additional costs per night.

The Orchard Lodge and a few of our static caravans are pet friendly. Dogs must be over 1 years of age and are ‘only’ permitted in ‘certain’ units, a maximum of two are permitted.

Unfortunately, there is no ‘dog walking /exercise area’ on site - information for dog walks is provided on arrival. Dog payment is non refundable.

Touring Caravans, Motorhomes and Camping

We have a range of fully serviced and serviced touring caravan, motorhome and camping pitches. We have a heated (low season) shower block offering individual showers, toilets, and privacy wash cubicles.

Static Caravans, Apartments & Lodges

We have a range of self-contained accommodation to suit all tastes and budgets. There are also a few of them which are pet friendly.

On-site Facilities

We have a large sheltered outdoor heated swimming pool – open May Spring Bank Holiday week to mid September.

The Core is a licensed café with adjoining lounge area offering refreshments and light snacks.

A Launderette which has washing machines, driers and irons which are all 'coin' operated.

A Children’s play park and a miniature 4 hole crazy golf.

Free Freezer pack facility is available for campers.
